Twenty minutes to set up. Nothing after that.
Connect ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro. Every install that closes after that gets registered with the manufacturer — serials read off your own paperwork and photos, the right portal picked, the certificate filed back onto the job.

The hard part
Hard-to-find serial? Not a problem.
Buried on an invoice line, or on a nameplate your tech shot in a dark attic at 4pm. Resolv reads both, and reads them well.

Nothing stalls
One-offs happen. We keep it flowing.
A portal changes, a form wants something new, a unit needs a second look. Our team clears it and the work keeps moving — you just get the certificate.
Warranty filing
Same rate for every brand, every unit, every branch. No seats, no minimum.

What it actually costs you
It isn't expensive to do. It's expensive to almost do.
The unit that slipped is the one that fails in year four, and the manufacturer's answer is a one-year parts warranty instead of ten. Nobody skipped it on purpose — the install closed at 6:40 on a Friday in July and Monday had its own installs.
You eat the part.
$1,500–2,500, four years after the install.
Nobody finds out for years.
The claim gets denied at the worst possible moment.
Not one gets skipped.
Every unit, busy weeks included.
One connection
Warranties aren't the only thing it does.
The same jobs, documents, and photos that get your warranties filed are already enough for Resolv to run the rest of the office work.
Same connection
Energy rebates

Common questions
What to know.
How does it start?
Connect ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro once. After that a completed install is the trigger — Resolv opens a registration for every unit on the job, with nothing to queue up first.
Where do the serial numbers come from?
Your own paperwork and photos: the invoice, the equipment record, and the nameplate pictures your techs already take on site. If a serial exists nowhere in either, we ask about that one unit inside Resolv, on the job it belongs to.
Which manufacturers do you file with?
Forty-nine, covering the brands a residential shop installs day to day — Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Goodman, Daikin, Bradford White, A.O. Smith, Mitsubishi, Navien and many more. One flat rate for all of them.
What happens if a portal has a problem?
Our team clears it. Portals change and forms occasionally want something new; that stays on our side and the work keeps flowing. It does not come back to your office as a task.
Do I get proof it was registered?
Yes. Resolv chases the certificate until it is in hand and attaches it to the job in your CRM, so coverage is something you can show a customer rather than something you assume.
Do I have to use Resolv for rebates or permits too?
No. Warranty filing works entirely on its own. If you already use Resolv for rebates or permits, your CRM is connected already and turning warranties on is a switch rather than a project.
Next step
Watch it run on your own jobs.
Fifteen minutes with Sam. He connects your CRM on the call, registers the installs that closed this week, and you'll see the certificates land before you hang up.
A few manufacturers register by email and a few portals need your own login — both are handled once during onboarding. Figures shown in the filing panel are illustrative of a shop's volume.
