Scope
This Privacy Policy also applies to the Resolv mobile application provided by Resolv Systems Inc. The mobile app gives authorized users access to their organization's jobs, leads, customer communications, rebates, permits, warranties, documents, and related workflows.
Information we process
Depending on the features used, we process account identifiers and contact information; customer and homeowner contact information; property addresses, equipment information, job records and instructions; questions and messages; submitted photos and documents; and audio, transcripts, and camera images used in voice dictation and guided capture. We use this information to provide the requested features, maintain job records, answer questions, extract information, and assist with project workflows.
AI assistance
AI-assisted features use Google (including Vertex AI and Gemini), Anthropic, and OpenAI. The information sent depends on the request and the job context needed to fulfill it. Voice dictation and live guided capture send microphone audio and camera images to Google for transcription and assistance. Users should submit only information they are authorized to share and avoid including unrelated personal information in photos, documents, or recordings.
Customer calls
AI-assisted customer calls use Vapi and configured communications, transcription, voice, and AI providers, which may include Twilio, Deepgram, Gladia, Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI. Information processed can include telephone numbers, customer and job details, calling instructions, call audio, transcripts, and summaries. The providers used depend on the organization's configuration. The existing Voice and Text Messaging Program disclosures continue to apply, including their restrictions on sharing SMS opt-in information. A mobile user's permission to use AI calling does not replace any required permission from the person called.
Device permissions
The app requests device permissions for the features that need them: camera access for job photos and guided capture, microphone access for dictation and voice assistance, access to selected photos or files for upload, location access to help fill a project address, and notifications for job and account updates. Users can manage operating-system permissions in device settings. Notification delivery uses Expo and the device platform's notification service, including Apple Push Notification service on iOS, and processes notification tokens and notification content. Some captured files and pending uploads are stored on the device until processed or removed by the app.
Your choices
Mobile versions offering AI data-sharing controls request permission before enabling those features and provide withdrawal in Settings. These preferences are stored for the signed-in account on that device, with the disclosure version and acceptance time. Withdrawal prevents new AI requests from that device; it does not recall information already sent, delete existing job records, or change separately configured web or organization automations. Users may continue browsing existing information without enabling AI features. Contact info@resolvrebates.com for privacy requests, including requests relating to previously processed information, subject to the rights and retention provisions in this Policy.
Adult users
The Resolv professional mobile application is intended for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. This does not change the scope of homeowner-facing services described elsewhere in this Policy.
Mobile use
The Services include the Resolv mobile application. The professional mobile application is intended for users aged 18 or older with authorized access to a Resolv account. Device permissions and optional AI data-sharing choices govern availability of the corresponding mobile features, as described in the Privacy Policy and in-app disclosures. AI assistance and guided photo capture do not replace professional judgment, safe work practices, or verification of program requirements. Existing provisions concerning Customer Content, customer permissions, communications, AI output, third-party decisions, pricing, cancellation, and executed customer agreements continue to apply.
