How does the Flex plan work?
Flex starts at $495 per month. Then you pay only for what Resolv files: $200 per rebate, $100 per permit, and $15 per warranty registration. It is a simple way to put Resolv to work before you have enough rebate volume for Scale. At 11 rebate filings in a month, Scale's included-project pricing costs less than Flex.
What counts as a "rebate" on Flex?
Each rebate Resolv files is one charge. If a program requires both pre-approval and a later claim, that is still one rebate filing charge, not two.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Start on Flex, then move to Scale when your rebate volume makes the included-project pricing a better fit. We can also build custom volume pricing for larger shops.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contract. Plans are month-to-month, so you can change course as your shop and filing volume change.
Are permit office fees included in the $100 filing rate?
The $100 is Resolv's permit filing service. Any permit, inspection, or other government fees charged by the jurisdiction are separate.
